Welcome to Sleeper!
Ready to make the switch? Or still want to learn why Sleeper is the best platform to run your dynasty league?
Follow these steps to move your dynasty league over to Sleeper.
1. Create a League
After signing up or logging in, create a new league:
Give your league a name
Hold off on inviting league mates for now
You’ll set everything up first, then invite everyone once rosters are ready.
2. Update League Settings
Before adding players, customize your league:
Scoring settings
Roster size and positions
General league rules
Make sure these match your previous league as closely as possible.

3. Enter Current Rosters via Draftboard
Use the draftboard to recreate your league’s current rosters:
Open the Draftboard from the Draft menu
Assign each column to a specific team
Tap on a player tile → select Manually Set Player to add players
Continue until all rosters are filled
Once complete:
Start the draft
Immediately end it
This locks in all teams and players.
4. Invite Your League
Now that teams are set up, invite your league mates:
Share your league’s custom invite link url (found on the homepage or in settings)
Send via text, email, or social media
Or invite directly by username

5. Assign Managers to Teams
After everyone joins:
Go to League Settings → Members
Assign each user to their correct team
Once all teams have managers, your league setup is complete.
Optional: Add a Supplemental (Rookie) Draft
You can create a supplemental draft if needed:
Limit it to rookies or vets only, or all players
Generates draft picks that can be traded
Run as many as you want (one at a time)
