How to Import Your League to Sleeper

Bring your existing fantasy football league — with its full history — into Sleeper using the free Sleeper Chrome Extension. Works with leagues from other platforms, runs in desktop Chrome, and takes about a minute.

Written by Sleeper HQ

Before you start

  • Desktop Google Chrome (import isn't supported on mobile)

  • A Sleeper account + your login for the other platform

  • Your phone handy for the last step

Steps

  1. Install the Sleeper Chrome Extension from sleeper.com/import.

  2. Connect your Sleeper account in the extension.

  3. Choose your league — log in to your other platform and pick the league to import.

  4. Import — click Import League to Sleeper. It saves each season (standings, rosters, drafts, final scores); usually 30–60 seconds, so keep the window open.

  5. Open it on your phone — scan the League Pass QR code to open your new league in the Sleeper app.

After importing

  • Look it over — the league starts with just you.

  • Invite your leaguemates from the app when you're ready (no one's invited automatically).

  • Find your history at Settings › General › League History.

Keeper or dynasty league? All your players come over too.

Nothing changes on your old platform — the import creates a copy as a new Sleeper league.
