To start, go into your Member Settings, and press on the Unassign/Remove option. You'll get a pop-up window like this:

Press remove to take that owner out of the entire league. This will not impact any players or draft picks that are on the actual team.

Then, invite the new owner to the league and assign them to that team's spot.
