Sleeper's College Football Injury Insurance policy applies to offensive players from the top 25 ranked teams who meet the following criteria:
Player is removed from the game in the 1st half due to injury and does not return in the 2nd half.
In the instance your contest contains a MORE pick on a player who meets this criteria, that player's pick will be voided and treated as a DNP.
If your contest still includes at least 2 players from multiple teams after applying Injury Insurance, it will be graded with an adjusted payout as if the voided pick was not included. If your contest no longer includes at least 2 players from multiple teams after applying Injury Insurance, your entire contest entry will be canceled and refunded.
Please allow up to 48 hours after the completion of a game for contests to be updated.
