There are options in the Commissioner Control section that allows you to adjust the lineup for any team in your league or the matchup scores for any past week of the season.
There are a couple of different reasons a commish may want to use this feature:
To award additional points to any team(s)
To deduct points from any team(s)
To swap out a bench player for a starter for any team
Editing lineups
Under Commish settings, tap on the Edit Lineups button.
Once you open that, you'll have the ability to edit lineups for the week. Select the team you want to edit to access the list of players and tap on the player name to swap him with a bench player.
If you are trying to edit lineups or scores for the current week, you'll need to wait until the final game of the week has been completed.
Editing Matchup Scores
In the same commish settings menu, you can tap Edit Matchup Scores button
You can select a week at the top, and then tap on team you want to change the score for that week.
You can tap the score you want to edit, to change that team's number of points for the week.
Type in the new scores and tap ok to confirm. A league message will be sent.
When you are done making changes, tap the Recalculate All Matchup Scores for Week button and the scores will be refreshed.
It's possible that your league records may not reflect this change immediately. The records will update on their own when they re-sync automatically overnight.
Creating missing Matchup Scores
Just like you can edit a previous week score, you can create scores for a week that happened prior to a draft, making it very simple to add transfer a draft league to Sleeper mid season.
When you are done making changes to a previous week, tap the Recalculate All Matchup Scores for Week button and the scores will be refreshed.
