Sleeper now supports Visa card withdrawals for eligible U.S. users. Follow the steps below to link your Visa card and withdraw funds directly to it.
How to Enable Visa Card Withdrawals
To withdraw to a Visa card, you must first complete a successful deposit using that same card.
Step 1: Start a Deposit
Open the Sleeper app and go to your Balance.
Tap Deposit.
Step 2: Add Your Visa Card
Select Add New Debit Card.
Enter your Visa card details and complete the deposit.
The Visa card must be held in the name of the verified Sleeper account holder.
Step 3: Withdraw to Your Visa Card
Once your deposit is successful, and any hold period on the deposited funds is over:
Return to your Balance home screen.
Tap Withdraw.
Select your linked Visa card from the available withdrawal options.
Your Visa card will now be available for future withdrawals.
Important Notes
Visa card withdrawals are currently available to U.S. users only.
The card used for withdrawal must first be used for a successful deposit.
Withdrawal processing times and limits are subject to Sleeper Total Balance rules.
