Certain jurisdictions have different laws, rules, and other restrictions that may impact your experience playing Sleeper's paid-entry contests of skill. The list below sets forth some of the different rules and restrictions applicable to users placing contests in the following states:

  • Alabama: Users must be 19 or older to play

  • Indiana: Sleeper Picks contests cannot include any college athletes

  • Nebraska: Users must be 19 or older to play

  • Maryland: A user may deposit no more than $5,000 in a calendar month into their wallet and Sleeper Picks contests cannot include any college athletes

  • Massachusetts: Users must be 21 or older to play, users may deposit no more than $1,000 in a calendar month into their wallet, and Sleeper Picks contests cannot include any college athletes

  • Vermont: Sleeper Picks contests are limited to player fantasy point statistics and cannot include any college athletes
