A User Total Balance statement provides a detailed record of your total balance activity. These statements are useful for personal records, account review, or reporting purposes.
What's included in a Total Balance Statement
Your total balance statement may include the following information:
Deposits
Withdrawals
Promotional credits received
Entered contests
Contest payouts
Contest win/loss amounts
Manual account adjustments
How to generate a Total Balance Statement
You can generate a total balance transaction history statement at any time directly from the Sleeper app.
Open the Sleeper app and go to your total balance.
From the total balance screen, tap Statements, or select Statements next to Recent Transactions.
Choose a start date and end date for the report.
Confirm your request.
For security purposes, you will be prompted to enter a verification code sent to your email address before the statement is generated.
