Withdrawal Rules & Restrictions (United States)

To withdraw funds, users must meet the following requirements:

Provide a verified email address
Provide a verified Social Security number
Be physically located in the United States or Canada

Withdrawals typically take five (5) or more business days to process after submission.

Promotional Credit & Playthrough

Deposits made using a promotional code (such as a first-time deposit match) are subject to a playthrough requirement.
Both the deposited funds and any related promotional credit must be used to enter completed player picks contests before they can be withdrawn.
This requirement applies to all promotional credit, regardless of source.
Winnings earned from contests entered using promotional credit may be withdrawn immediately.

Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals must be made to a saved payment method held in the name of the verified user.
Sleeper requires a $1 temporary verification deposit to verify bank accounts.
- As a result, withdrawals cannot be made to bank accounts with a $0 balance.
In certain cases, Sleeper may issue a physical check to complete a withdrawal.
- Checks must be deposited directly into a bank account and cannot be cashed at check-cashing services.

Withdrawal Limits

Maximum of $1,000 per transaction
Maximum of $5,000 within a 24-hour period

Sleeper reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals if suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity is detected.

Canada Rules & Restrictions

Additional rules apply to users located in Canada:

Social Security number requirements do not apply.
- Canadian users must complete document verification using a valid driver’s license or passport.
Deposits must be made using:
- Visa card, or
- Bank account via Interac, held in the name of the verified user
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account via Interac held in the name of the verified user.
Deposit and withdrawal limits mirror U.S. limits but are applied in CAD rather than USD.
Canadian users must provide both a verified email address and phone number to deposit or withdraw.

Users will always transact in the currency (USD or CAD) associated with the address used to verify their identity.
