Why didn't my waivers run?
If your waiver processing time has passed and waivers have not processed, please don't adjust any settings. Once you adjust them, we're not able to diagnose and give you a specific reason as to why they hadn't cleared.
Often times, users will try to adjust the time and push the processing time to the next hour, and it won't work. That's because every time we edit or save the waiver settings, it takes some time (up to a few hours) for the changes to be applied.
So if your waivers do not clear at the desired processing time, please contact us at [email protected] before changing any settings.
How can I force waivers through now?
You can always push through any pending Custom Daily Waiver claims by setting your specific day to FA.
It can take up to 10-15 minutes, but your waivers will process and then appear in your league chat. You are not able to force through any claims for players who are on the After Drop Waivers.
Why was my waiver time pushed back?
For fantasy basketball, we have two waiver options to chose from:
- Time Players Are on Waivers After Drop
- Custom Daily Waivers
When you have both of these options enabled, it's completely possible for your waiver time to get pushed back. All of the above options can override each other and won't process your claim until the latest time.
Example Scenario
Let's say someone in my league dropped Bam Adebayo on Tuesday at 7:15 a.m and I have this setting:
This means that Adebayo can't come off waivers for 48 hours, which would make his processing time Thursday morning.
However, my league also uses Custom Daily Waivers as set below:
Since Thursday is set to Waivers with a 3 p.m. processing time, that is when Abedayo will clear waivers.
Even though my claim for Abedayo says he will process on Thursday morning, once we reach that time, the system will realize that the league is currently in a waiver period, and it will push the time back to 3 p.m.
