Best Ball is now available on Sleeper! You can add this new scoring format to your league anytime, even if you have already set it up.

Our Best Ball option will take the top-scoring players in your roster each week and will enter them into your lineup to give you the highest possible point total.

You no longer have to worry about Corey Davis earning 35 points on your bench after his 182-yard game. Leave that part of the decision-making process behind.

Your lineup is automatically locked at all times, so you only have to worry about rostering the players. No more last-minute swaps for injuries or the like. As long as they are on your roster, you can receive points from those players.

To switch your league over to Best Ball, you will need to be on the mobile app and head over to your league/general settings. Once in there, you should see a new option called “Lineup Type”, this is how you can switch between Classic and Best Ball. You can do this with newly created leagues, or current leagues that are already ongoing.

Waivers, free agent moves, and trades are disabled by default when selecting Best Ball, but the commissioner can manually enable those at any time.

Can I do a points league?

Best Ball is head-to-head only. If your league would like to use points only, you’d have to use your league’s standings.

Can we have IR and taxi spots?

We will not support Injured Reserve slots or Taxi Squads for Best Ball this season.

Why can’t I see my league on web after I just finished drafting?

Best Ball is only on web during pre-draft mode, but once your draft completes you will no longer see it.
