All picks are settled using official Olympic results and data from the sport’s governing body.
If an athlete starts an event, their pick will usually be graded, even if they fail to advance.
Voids only occur in specific edge cases, outlined below.
Once results are settled, they are final.
Curling -- Points
What counts
Total points scored by the listed curling pair or team in the match.
Includes all ends played
Special cases
If a match is conceded before the 4th end, all picks are voided.
If a match is conceded after the 4th end, picks are graded normally.
Overtime points count if played.
Figure Skating — Short Program Markets
Short Program Score
Uses the official score awarded by judges.
Scored to the decimal shown in official results.
Short Program Falls
A fall is counted only if it results in an official point deduction.
Minor stumbles without deduction do not count as falls.
Special cases
If a skater starts but does not qualify for the final, their Short Program picks still grade normally.
If a skater reaches the final but is disqualified or does not finish the final, related projections are voided.
Ice Hockey (International / Olympic Play)
Goals
Total goals scored by the listed player.
Goals in regulation and overtime count.
Shootout goals do not count.
First Goal Scorer
The player must score the first goal of the game.
If no goals are scored, all First Goal Scorer picks are graded as losses.
Player participation
Skaters must record at least one second of ice time for picks to be valid.
If a player does not enter the game, all picks on that player are voided.
Goalies who do not start are voided.
Winter Olympics Picks Void Policies
A pick will be voided if:
The athlete reaches a final round but is disqualified or does not finish the final.
The event or match does not take place.
The player never participates in the event (does not start / no ice time).
Voided picks are removed from your entry and payouts adjust automatically.
